1. Who runs this site

This website is operated by Example Exports, a family business based at Example Street 1, Example Town. Using the site or sending us an enquiry means you accept these terms.

2. What this site offers

Information about our company, our products and our export process. The enquiry form is a way to contact us about a possible commercial order. It is not a contract. A contract only exists once we have agreed pricing, volume and terms in writing with you.

3. Your use of the site

You may browse, read and share links to our pages. You may not:

• Copy, republish or commercially exploit our copy, images or brand assets.
• Submit false information through the enquiry form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems.
• Use the site for anything unlawful under your local jurisdiction or ours.

4. Intellectual property

All copy, images, logos, brand assets and code on this website are owned by Example Exports unless stated otherwise. Individual demo images may be sourced from Unsplash or similar free-licence providers and are credited in the source where required. You may not re-use our brand assets without written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

We link to external sites (social profiles, payment providers, freight documentation portals) and embed third-party services (Google Maps, Google Fonts, Formspree). We do not control what those third parties do. Their own terms apply when you use them.

6. No warranty on information

We try to keep specifications, availability and pricing information current, but we make no warranty that every detail on the site is always accurate. Commercial terms for any order are only binding once agreed in writing directly with us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Example Exports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Example Exports is registered. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your own country say otherwise.
